My Godson Goes OCD

We were cleaning up the other day and the boy went at the vaccum with a freaking box of q-tips.

All I shipped down was 22 Boxes, a folding table and bike. It came in this thing!!!!

Real Mexican Taco's Damn Good

My first day was pretty cool. We picked up my sister from the airport and then went over to our friends/families house for some real taco's. Not that Tex-Mex Taco bell taco's REAL tacos!!!

First they use this special pan over a grill to cook the beef.

Second is the adding of the all time favorite thing to cook with in the south...LARD!!! (Let's just say this is going to be a once in a blue thing for me :-)...)

Then the beef goes in with the Onions!!!

They are left to cook.

They once cooked they cut the beef on an old tree trunk cutting board. Then the corn flour tortillas go on the cooking pan.

Unfortunately I didn't take pictures of the finished product since I was to busy stuffing my face with them and was on my fourth Corona at the time, but I can sure tell you they were damn good!!!!

I'll try to post more as time comes.
